Expanded Metal

Expanded metal is manufactured by slitting and stretching integral metal plates into mesh structure. No disconnected joints exist on the finished surface. Main raw materials cover carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Diamond mesh is the standard style, and other customized hole shapes are available on request.

Widely applied in equipment safety guards, walkway platforms, building decorative screens, filter supports, speaker grilles and various metal processing parts. All size parameters and surface treatments can be confirmed prior to production.

Light duty carbon steel expanded metal with standard diamond mesh. Suitable for safety guards, isolation screens and small metal fabricated components. Supplied in flat sheet for easy secondary cutting and forming.
